THANKS FOR SHOPPING AT RANI'S HERBALIST

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We will gladly exchange or refund any item in a saleable condition, provided you have the original receipt or proof of purchase (till slip), and the item has not been opened. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the product within 7 days of purchase.
We will provide you with a return shipping label upon your return request. You can choose to exchange the product or return it for store credit. Please note that returned products must be unused, in the original packaging, and with the original tags still attached. If the returned items do not satisfy these requirements, your return will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

SHIPPING 
Shipping products would take 7 days from the time you place your order.
The delivery fee is R150 within a 5km radius. If your location is over a 5km radius, the delivery fee will be communicated to the customer.
